How long does shipping take?
A:
95% of all orders will take 1-2 weeks to arrive to your abode. There are a few occasions where shipping could take 3-7 weeks due to high-demand, but we will make that very clear on the product page. This will usually be likely for free gifts.

How do I track my order?
A:
When you place an order on our site, you will receive an email with your order number. On the top and bottom of our site you will find a "Track Order" button. That will bring you to a page where you can enter your order number and email you used to check out to track your order. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receiving that email.

How do I get a refund?
A:
We care about making our customers happy. You are what makes us possible. If you received your package damaged or not as described we will be more than happy to offer you a replacement or refund. Shoot us an email at Ryan@empowerwearables.com and we'll send you the instructions.

Why didn't my order come in the same package?
A:
Your order might come in different packages ONLY if the order came with a free gift special. You may receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
